The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) has engaged Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business to develop and deliver educational content for their programs, including the National Executive Leadership Academy. The Advanced Leadership Institute has a vision to dramatically improve the presence of African Americans in executive leadership roles, helping to create a more diverse, inclusive, and prosperous community.
